This End User License Agreement («Agreement») is a legal agreement between you («User» or «You») and 2SGNetworK («Company,» «We,» «Us,» or «Our»), governing your use of the 2SGNetworK website, software, and services, including but not limited to 2SGLinker (collectively, the «Service»).

By using the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

1. License Grant

Subject to compliance with this Agreement, 2SGNetworK grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install, access, and use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by 2SGNetworK.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
Use the Service for any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Circumvent or attempt to disable any security or authentication mechanisms in the Service.
Use the Service for any activity that interferes with the normal functioning of the platform, including but not limited to cheating, hacking, or unauthorized modification of game files.

3. Ownership

The Service and all associated intellectual property, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and trademarks, remain the exclusive property of 2SGNetworK or its licensors.

4. Data Collection and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose your information. By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to the data collection and usage practices described therein.

2SGLinker Data Collection and Usage

By using 2SGLinker, you acknowledge and agree to the following data collection and usage policies:

Information Collected

2SGLinker may collect system-related data, including but not limited to hardware IDs, software IDs, IP addresses, and other identifiable device-related data for security and anti-cheat purposes.
Screenshots may be taken while 2SGLinker is running to detect cheating behaviors. Users are advised not to open sensitive information while the application is active.
We perform random application checks at both superficial and kernel levels to detect unauthorized modifications.

Data Limitations

We do not collect personal files, images, credit/debit card details, or any unrelated personal information.
All collected data is used strictly for security, anti-cheat detection, and compliance with platform integrity.

Public Records and Ban Notices

We reserve the right to publicly disclose ban records, including usernames and ban reasons.
False positives may occur in anti-cheat detection, and users may be mistakenly flagged or banned.

Steam Account Information

2SGLinker and 2SGNetworK may retrieve Steam account data, including but not limited to profile avatar, username, email, owned games, and Steam ID.
This data is strictly used to verify game ownership and ensure compliance with copyright laws.

Policy Updates & Automatic Agreement

Data collection policies may change at any time.
By continuing to use 2SGLinker and 2SGNetworK, you automatically accept any modifications to data handling policies.

5. Updates and Modifications

2SGNetworK may release updates, patches, or modifications to the Service. You agree that these updates may be automatically installed without additional notice, and failure to install updates may impact the functionality of the Service.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service and delete any copies.

We may also terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our discretion without prior notice if we determine that you have violated this Agreement or engaged in prohibited activities.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided «AS IS» without warranties of any kind. 2SGNetworK makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Service. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2SGNetworK and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or system failures arising from the use of the Service.

In jurisdictions where liability cannot be excluded but may be limited, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service (if any) or $10 USD, whichever is greater.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts located in Florida.

10. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the updated EULA on our website. Your continued use of the Service following modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
